Why this costume?
You ever look at a costume and go, man, I wanna cosplay that? I felt this so hardcore when I saw the Circus Maki- instant fall in love. The entire design was an 'ooh' for me. What I also love about doing Love Live costumes is the ability to just, you know, buy them from China! The other advantage of this is I'm able to invite friends to do this with me, like Geekyging, and my cos-kids Bird King Cosplay and Stars of Cassiopea!
it was somewhat of a pain to get going the first time I orderd it. The straps on the shoulers were... weird. The arm bands? Not even close. And the zipper was so flimsy. I went back in and edited to make it more comfortable including replacing the zipper with a basic to make it easier for husbando to pull up, and put velcro on the armbands so it was easier for me to wear. The boots will never completely zip, but nobody seems to notice!
